From our first experiments in the quarter of Délices until today, KONOI has always been guided by gourmandise, love for nature and enthusiasm to think outside the box.
Our artisanal approach is inspired by as much dairy traditions and confectioner as secrets of herbalists and advanced scientists in the field of nutrition, in order to offer refreshing pleasures and a certain way of life.
Our mission is to transform hemp seeds into drinks, frozen desserts and other super nutritious and 100% plant-based treats. Ideal to stay healthy and reduce our impact on the environment. It is also our way of giving back to hemp its nobility.
Hi! I’m Kumiko, a co-founder of KONOÏ. As a mum of a two-year-old boy, I often juggle healthy eating with self-indulgence. Every product that we propose I enjoy without guilt and hope you do, too.
My favourite ice pops are Strawberry & Balsamic and Matcha Green Tea!!
To prepare exceptional products, we have selected manufacturers and suppliers who meet our criteria but above all are in love with their products in order to ensure the quality of the raw materials. We buy directly from manufacturers and farmers whenever possible. Thus our products are in the image of our expectations and stay authentic. In addition, internal food control has been implemented to ensure the food safety of our hemp treats.
In order to combine pleasure and health goals without compromising on taste, we go for plant-based natural products, mostly organic and/or from short supply chains. In our kitchen, there are no mysterious products with dubious origins. Our treats supply a wide range of nutrients, from complete protein to dietary fiber and polyunsaturated fatty acids and much more. The goal has always been to promote equilibrium of the endocannabinoid system of the organism.
Hemp is one of the most environmentally friendly plants on Earth and offers us unlimited possibilities to move to a post-carbon society while supporting biodiversity. At our level, we promote sustainable practices in all of our activities, in the management of our resources, in the eco-design of a product, and in logistics. It is a long and complex process, yet essential to preserve our ecosystem and foster the circular economy.
